Yum Asia brand parts can be purchased immediately and will have a 'Buy Now' button. They are dispatched straight away.
Zojirushi spare parts we require you to submit your previous order number to prove you purchased a genuine Zojirushi product.
To make things super easy our spare parts prices all include delivery fees. The price you see is what you pay 'delivered'.
Most 'On Request' parts can be received within a few days. Zojirushi parts currently require 3-8 months lead time.
