Who would have thought that I would need another kitchen appliance but it turns out that this is actually one of those gadgets that is now essential. It got me eating more rice and cooking other things such as soups , casseroles and cakes! I threw out my old slow cooker and rubbish glass lid rice cooker to swap it for this. I now honestly see why a saucepan just don’t do the job – well nowhere near as easily.
