All of the products on this website are sent form our warehouse in Gardena, California. This means you do not get charged any import or customs fees.
Our warehouse is very efficient in the dispatch of your order. This is usually done during our operating hours which are Monday-Friday (except public holidays).
What happens after payment...
When you get your email order confirmation that means that your purchase is now on our warehouse system and will already be getting preparing your item/s for dispatch. Once UPS have collected your order from our warehouse you will then receive an email containing details of how you can track the location of your delivery.

Please note that these payments are instantaneous which means that once you confirm payment the order is passed straight to our warehouse and dispatch can happen very quickly. Panda rice cooker (YUM-EN06, YUM-EN06G or YUM-EN06W), it is not suitable
for use in other rice cookers, even if it looks like it would fit!

We have designed every aspect of Panda with our customers in mind; we were tired of customers telling us that their rice cooker inner bowls would often disintegrate or become unstable. We designed the Ninja bowl to overcome these issues, it’s a hard-wearing, 5 layer inner bowl with a 2mm thick ceramic coating which is BPA-free and PTFE-free, with easy-lift handles.
The ‘Ninja’ bowl is particularly hard wearing and is made with quality materials. To preserve the life of your ‘Ninja’ bowl you should only use the plastic spatula provided with Panda or a silicone or wooden utensil. Never put the ‘Ninja’ bowl in a dishwasher, just wipe clean with a damp sponge or wash carefully in soapy water.
The high quality BPA-free and PTFE-free ceramic coating ensures no rice sticks to the inner bowl and it is a healthy option for your family.
