What happens after payment...
When you get your email order confirmation that means that your purchase is now on our warehouse system and will already be getting preparing your item/s for dispatch. Once UPS have collected your order from our warehouse you will then receive an email containing details of how you can track the location of your delivery.

Please note that these payments are instantaneous which means that once you confirm payment the order is passed straight to our warehouse and dispatch can happen very quickly. It is therefore very important to ensure that your delivery details and ordered products are correct as changing a delivery is not possible after ordering.

Proceed to checkout and pay for the gift card
You buy the gift card in the same way as a normal item. Add it to your cart and pay at the checkout. The cash value will then be transferred to the recipient after payment is complete.
The person receives the gift card via e-mail
The e-mail contains the gift card which the person receiving can use to buy things on Yum Asia in one of two ways.
- use the code included at checkout during purchase
- add the gift card to their Yum Asia account for storage as a digital wallet for later purchase

THE NOT SO SMALL PRINT…
- If you lose your account details to access your account credit you can simply use your email to password recover your access.
- You can use your gift card to purchase anything in our store. There are no restrictions.
- Our gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
- Under online consumer regulations you have the right to cancel your e-gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent.
- Yum Asia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards and e-gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
