The entire buying process only takes a few minutes.

  1. Put the items you wish to order into your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout when you are ready to pay.
  2. Fill in the details for your shipping address and billing address. Please make sure that your billing address (including post code) matches the address details that your bank has on file (where your statements and cards are sent to) 
  3. Check your shopping cart or proceed straight to checkout.
  4. We accept the following easy,  convenient and secure payment methods:
  • CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD – We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discovery, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club. Note also that our system uses 3D secure for an extra level of buyer protection.
  • GOOGLE PAY – This works when you are using Chrome browser and you have a credit or debit card registered on the Google pay system. 
    IMPORTANT! please note that as a ‘one click’ payment solution, this payment method will overwrite any addresses entered on the checkout page so please ensure that your current, correct addresses are stored in your Google Pay account.

  • APPLE PAY – This works when you are using Apple device browsers and you have a credit or debit card registered in your Apple wallet. 
    IMPORTANT! please note that as a ‘one click’ payment solution, this payment method will overwrite any addresses entered on the checkout page so please ensure that your current, correct addresses are stored in your Apple Pay account.

  • REVOLUT (All countries)  WiIshow for all countries when currency is GBP or Euro.
  • AFTERPAY/CLEARPAY (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States) Will show with billing in these countries when the currency is set to GBP. 
  • iDEAL PAYMENTS (Netherlands only) Customers with billing in the Netherlands can use iDEAL to make secure payments via their bank accounts. his option will only show when the shopping cart is set to Euros (please look at the top left of the page, you will see the currency options).
  • EPS PAYMENTS (Austria only) Enables customers in Austria to pay directly via online payouts from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank’s payment page to log in and approve payments. Will only show when you select Austria as the billing country and your currency is in Euros.
  • BANCONTACT (Belgium only) Will only show Bancontact when you select Euros as the currency and the billing country is Belgium.

5. If you choose credit/debit card simply insert your card number and CVC code found on your card before clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’.

6. You should then receive a confirmation email. If not then please contact us.

Please note that these payments are instantaneous which means that once you confirm payment the order is passed straight to our warehouse and dispatch can happen very quickly. It is therefore very important to ensure that your delivery details and ordered products are correct as changing a delivery is not possible after ordering.

All of the products on this website are sent form our warehouse in Gardena, Califonia. This means you do not get charged any import or customs fees.

Our warehouse is very efficient in the dispatch of your order. This is usually done during our operating hours which are Monday-Friday (except public holidays).

Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. UPS also do not deliver to PO Box addresses

What happens after payment...

When you get your email order confirmation that means that your purchase is now on our warehouse system and will already be getting preparing your item/s for dispatch. Once UPS have collected your order from our warehouse you will then receive an email containing details of how you can track the location of your delivery.

Delivery transit times

Orders sent to the west side of USA are usually delivered withing 2-4 working days.

Orders sent to the east side of USA are usually delivered within 3-7 working days.

Orders sent to everywhere else are usually delivered within 4-5 working days.
