Producing restaurant-quality rice at home is made easy with this 5.5-cup (enough to feed 1-5 people) Zojirushi NS-TSQ10* micom fuzzy logic electric rice cooker and warmer. This is a medium capacity cooker with an attractive, unique design of a durable clear-coated stainless steel and dark brown/black exterior. It will cook rice for 1 person just as well as rice for 5 people!
The NS-TSQ10 has multi-menu selections which uses Micom (micro-computerised) Fuzzy logic technology to control the temperature for the efficient cooking of many different types of rice including white, sushi, porridge and brown rice. The NS-TSQ10 features an additional setting of a steaming and cake baking function. There is also a quick cooking feature on this model. The micro computer chip inside the NS-TSQ10 automatically makes adjustments to temperature and heating time – it ensures perfect rice every time.
The Zojirushi NS-TSQ10 has an automatic keep-warm function. There is a countdown feature during the cooking cycle and when the rice is cooked a tune is played and the cooker automatically shifts to keep warm mode. For added convenience, the NS-TSQ10 has a low light LCD display with clock and timer function (for up to 13 hours in advance), a 1.5mm Sumiflon/Teflon coated inner bowl and a convenient detachable inner lid for easy cleaning.
This cooker is designed to be used on 220-240V, 50Hz power and is supplied with a UK three pin plug. This Zojirushi model is made in China.

Zojirushi rice cookers have lithium batteries that are used only for retaining timer and cooking memory for if there is a power interruption. The batteries have an estimated lifespan of around 5-10 years depending on use.
These batteries are not essential to the operation of the rice cookers but can be replaced only at authorised Zojirushi service centres if you feel you need to have it replaced. After warranty you would need to contact one of these centres if you wish the battery to be replaced.
We have no plans at all to sell Zojirushi Induction Heating models because the Zojirushi IH models for 220-240V power haven’t passed any CE safety tests for use in the UK or Europe so they therefore cannot be legally supplied within the UK or Europe, so this is why we do not supply them. Not only is there a voltage difference but there is a difference in the frequency of electricity used. The Zojirushi IH models are also very, very expensive to purchase (around £150-200 more than our conventional rice cooker models).
We do have our own branded Induction Heating rice cookers, Fuji YUM-IH07 and Bamboo YUM-IH15/2/B. These are the first IH rice cooker to be made for the UK and Europe. It has many unique rice cooking features which Yum Asia developed using our rice cooker/cooking expertise.

Yes, we supply spare parts for Zojirushi rice cookers for customers who bought their rice cooker from Yum Asia.
These spare parts need to be ordered in advance and can take approximately 8-12 weeks (minimum lead time) to come in stock.
Please provide your Yum Asia order number when contacting us to request your spare part. Our prices for spare parts include shipping and the spare parts we supply can be found on our spare parts pages.

Mon Zojirushi 5,5 cups NS-TSQ10 est arrivé en bon état et en moins d’une semaine! c’est un très joli cuiseur gris argenté, la notice est en anglais mais c’est simple à comprendre :si vous voulez du riz à sushi vous positionnez la flèche du bouton MENU sur le mot SUSHI,si vous voulez 2 parts de riz, vous mettez ensuite 2 cups de riz bien lavé, dans le récipient du rice cooker, puis vous ajoutez 2 mesures d’eau en vous référant au shéma qui est gravé sur le récipient du rice cooker.En 60 mn le temps est passé vite et j’ai obtenu un riz à sushi extraordinaire,
toute l’eau avait été absorbé, il était collant juste comme il faut! et maintenant je ne vais pas tarder à essayer le cake. Je ferai connaitre ce site à des amis car il en vaut la peine! Merci mille fois à Donna et Neilqui sont gentils et attentionnés, ce site est un petit bijou !

Ordered on a Saturday evening, arrived Wednesday morning. Great service from Yum Asia! Had the cooker for almost two weeks now and have used it most days. It’s amazing the difference a decent rice cooker makes! I’ve always had cheap, dumb rice cookers before; this is my first intelligent one. Have cooked white rice, sushi rice, sweet rice and brown and wild rice mix and all have been cooked to perfection. The rice has a far better texture and flavour when cooked in this cooker compared to my old cheap one. The cheesecake is pretty good too! Have yet to try the steam function. If you eat rice often, I recommend this cooker without hesitation.

Thank goodness for Yum Asia. I ordered late Tuesday night and received it the following Monday, very fast delivery and Yum Asia was helpful in answering my questions. The rice produced in this rice cooker is amazing, just like I tasted in Asia. I live in France and had previously purchased a Zojirushi from a company in Asia, what a mistake! It worked for some days but then it broke down and the company refused to replace or repair, so my money was wasted. I would advise anyone considering buying to buy with confidence from Yum Asia, their warranty is very good and from my past experience it’s important!!

Je n’avais pas pu en rapporter du Japon car les appareils vendus là bas ne sont pas compatibles.
Son prix est certes élevé, mais chez nous le riz … Le résultat est bien meilleur, notamment pour de petites quantités.
Mon vieux rice cooker (22 ans tout de même) va partir en retraite à la campagne.
Pour le branchement électrique, j’ai récupéré le cable d’alimentation d’une vieille imprimante (sinon il suffit d’un adaptateur UK/FR).
Zojirushi est une excellente marque, le rice cooker est très bien fini. La petite musique qui signale le début/fin de cuisson est très ‘kawaii’, cela amuse tout le monde !
J’avais repéré la gamme NP (induction) qui n’est pas vendue sur ce site, mais j’ai suivi les conseils de Yumasia et suis très satisfaite.
Ma commande a été livrée très rapidement en quelques jours. Je recommande !

I planned on buying a LAQ05 as I am a single mum but occasionally cook for friends or my kids friends! After talking to Yum Asia and discussing what I needed, I realised how small the rice cooker was and ended up buying a TSQ10 and I am so glad I did. The extra functions are useful (the cakes are brilliant!) but I love being able to pack my kids bento lunches with extra rice that I made and being able to have friends for dinner. This rice cooker is well worth the money, it’s brilliant. I’ve had it a few months now and have tried all the different settings. I even managed to make a gorgeous rice pudding with black rice just like I had in Indonesia and all my friends were really impressed! I was a bit dubious at first due to the price but I can’t imagine my kitchen without it now. This week I’ve started making porridge so it’s ready for when I get up and it’s saving a lot of time. Timer on overnight for porridge, quick soak and wash of the bowl and then timer on for rice for when I get in from work. Thanks Yum Asia for your great service and products!

I’ve had my NS-TSQ10 for a week and love it. The white rice is as good as everyone says but I have also tried the brown rice, steam, porridge and cake settings (banana cake from the Yum Asia blog)- all a resounding success. The brown rice is the best I have ever tasted. The timer feature is so easy to use and getting up to perfect porridge is a very nice way to start the morning as is coming home at end of the day to perfectly cooked rice for dinner. My rice cooker is going to get a lot of use!

J’ai reçu mon Rice cooker il y a quelques jours et je suis enchanté par le résultat. On m’avait dit que la différence entre ce type de matériel et les Rice cooker tout simples du type Seb étaient marquantes, je confirme, c’est top, j’ai donné mon Seb à l’un de mes fils !

Après avoir longuement cherché sans succès sur le net un Zojirushi en France j’ai fini par trouver ce site qui a la particularité de proposer des modèles en 220V 50 herz expédiés du Royaume Uni. Ne vous laissez pas pièger par des sites français qui proposent des appareils qui proviennent d’Asie, en 220V 60 herz et dont les taxes de dédouanement augmentera le temps de livraison et le prix.
