PAYMENT INFORMATION

The entire buying process only takes a few minutes.

  1. Put the items you wish to order into your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout when you are ready to pay.
  2. Fill in the details for your shipping address and payment address. Please make sure that your payment address (including post code) matches the address details that your bank has on file (where your statements and cards are sent to) 
  3. Check your shopping cart or proceed straight o checkout.
  4. We accept the following easy and convenient payment methods:
  • CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD – We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discovery, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club. Note also that our system uses 3D secure for an extra level of buyer protection.
  • GOOGLE PAY – This works when you are using Chrome browser and you have a credit or debit card registered on the Google pay system.
  • APPLE PAY – This works when you are using Apple device browsers and you have a credit or debit card registered in your Apple wallet.

5. If you choose credit/debit card simply insert your card number and CVC code found on your card before clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’.

Please note that these payments are instantaneous which means that once you confirm payment the order is passed straight to our warehouse and dispatch can happen very quickly. It is therefore very important to ensure that your delivery details and ordered products are correct as changing a delivery is not possible after ordering.

Shipped from Europe

All of the products on this EU website are sent from our warehouse in Zaandam, Netherlands. This means you do not get charged any import or customs fees.

Our warehouse is very efficient in the dispatch of your order. This is usually done during our operating hours which are Monday-Friday (except public holidays).

What happens after payment...

When you get your email order confirmation that means that your purchase is now on our warehouse system and will already be getting preparing your item/s for dispatch. Once DHL (or GLS) have collected your order from our warehouse you will then receive an email containing details of how you can track the location of your delivery.

Delivery transit times

  • Deliveries to Netherlands is usually the next working day.
  • Deliveries to France, Germany, Belgium and Ireland are usually made within 2 working days.
  • Deliveries to other European countries are made between 3-5 working days (this can be longer if you are in a remote area).

Note that delivery to Spain excludes the Canary Islands and delivery to France excludes Corsica.

Delivery to Cyprus, Switzerland and Norway are currently suspended

NOTE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

DHL and GLS require a signature upon delivery, so if needed, you can have your order delivered to your workplace. Customers should ensure that they are available to receive the goods. DHL and GLS always try to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee or leave the parcel with a neighbour; you can also specify a safe delivery option (like in an outhouse/shed). This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. Yum Asia cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received by the addressee.
