All of the products on this EU website are sent from our warehouse in Zaandam, Netherlands. This means you do not get charged any import or customs fees. Our warehouse is very efficient in the dispatch of your order. This is usually done during our operating hours which are Monday-Friday (except public holidays).

What happens after payment...

When you get your email order confirmation that means that your purchase is now on our warehouse system and will already be getting preparing your item/s for dispatch. Once DPD (or GLS) have collected your order from our warehouse you will then receive an email containing details of how you can track the location of your delivery.

Delivery transit times

  • Deliveries to Netherlands is usually the next working day after DPD have collected from us.
  • Deliveries to France, Germany, Belgium and Ireland are usually made within 2 working days after DPD have collected from us.
  • Deliveries to other European countries are made between 3-5 working days after DPD have collected from us (this can be longer if you are in a remote area).
