Fuji is one of our most premium, high-end rice cooker – it’s ideal for the growing family or people who just love eating rice! Fuji is our second UMAI Induction Heating (IH) rice cooker for the UK and Europe and unique and special rice cooking functions that are sure to please any rice lover. Our efforts to put IH into a smaller capacity rice cooker that retains it's minimal looks was quite the task. We took leading Japanese rice cooking technologies, learned exactly how they worked, chose their best and most useful features and built them into Fuji so it produces professional, restaurant quality rice – every time!

HIDDEN UNDER Motouch and Press Control Panel
We don't design our premium rice cookers to just cook rice perfectly, we also design them to look stylish and modern in your kitchen. For Fuji, we chose this contemporary matte white exterior accented by a stylish wood effect control panel. This is complemented by our ice white ‘hidden under’ LED display and advanced Korean Motouch/push button hybrid control panel; not only for reasons of hygiene but to keep fingerprints to a minimum and give an easy clean exterior appearance.
THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
Ultra Healthy Minimalist Perfection
Fuji has a stainless steel inner lid for the more health conscious. It includes our signature SHINSEI handmade ceramic inner bowl that is carefully made over a process that takes several month. SHINSEI has rice measurement level lines are silk printed for ease of reading and durability. Fuji itself is easy to clean with removable parts. We don’t believe a rice cooker can get any more healthy than this?
PERFECTLY PROPORTIONED
The Mountain Of Rice Cookers
You name the rice, Fuji can cook it perfectly. Basmati, Hom Mali jasmine rice , brown rice, short grain (sushi) – using it’s UMAI smart brain it can cook these grains not just good but how they should be cooked. By using multiple fine adjusted heating phases that our engineers at Yum Asia have calibrated, Fuji tailors each cooking function to the grain and optimises everything so what you get at the end of the cook cycle are perfect grains cooked how they should be. The UMAI IH enables us to incorporate Yumami (extra tasty) rice and GABA brown (more nutritious rice). Learn more about these two functions by clicking here.
Fuji doesn’t stop there! It has carefully selected add-on functions including slow cook, porridge, steaming and even yoghurt so you can get creative and really explore the world of rice cuisine.

Well packaged. Very posh! Love the feel of the material. Very silky soft and well made. The subtle wood effect on the top is actually a lot better than I thought, it’s a thing of true beauty! Basically, it’s full features that I’m still discovering. Just get one.

The cooker is made well from what I can tell. It’s flawless from the outside and very quiet during operation that I often wondered if it was working. Love the loop countdown.
