I have wanted a rice cooker for so long but for some reason never bought one. Glad I held out though as the Fuji is perfect. Beautifully made and packaged and the ceramic bowl is amazing. Makes perfect rice and so easy to clean. So happy with this. Thank you!

My new favourite appliance
Really impressed with this rice cooker. Excellent build quality, especially the bowl, and very easy to use.
So far I have only cooked long grain white rice in it and it cooks the rice perfectly every single time! Wish I had got it sooner!
The maximum capacity is 4 cups rice grains and is advertised for up to 4 people. 1 cup is actually a lot of rice for 1 person, so you could easily feed more than 4 people.
My advice: just buy it!

Best decision I’ve made. Effortless rice
I’m loving my Fuji rice cooker.
Standard rice is cooked to perfection but my favourite way to do it is by making rice pots where I add carrots, onion, sweet corn, peas and some meat to the raw rice, spice to preference, then using the Yumami setting the Fuji cooks everything to perfection. Mix it before serving for a meal that takes minimal effort and no supervision.
And if you don’t finish everything, reheat the next day with the keep warm function, takes about 3-5 minutes depending on amount left.
Favourite setting for cooking is definitely Yumami

Wish there was a Mini version
This rice cooker has amazing features and has a lovely contemporary design. However it was too large an appliance to be practical in our small kitchen. I hope they introduce a Mini version, then it would be perfect.

Perfect rice
Perfect rice every time. So simple to use and importantly very easy to clean. Multi use as a slow cooker is an added bonus.

This is the first time I have bought a non-Japanese rice cooker and I admit I was sceptical at first whether it would be as good. I am happy to say that this is better than the £1000 Zojirushi my parents have in Japan. The japanese rice produced is the best I have tasted outside of Japan and the texture is very good. I like the heavy ceramic pot, it seems to give more flavour to the rice. It is a very modern rice cooker, you can see a lot of thought has gone into function and design. The condensation/steam cap thing is a bit awkward to take apart (don’t do it straight after cooking because it is hot). Definitely the best rice cooker I have owned

Brilliant rice cooker, worth the money
This cooker works brilliantly. The portion sizes are great for a family of 4, and the inner ceramic induction bowl is really good and makes a very nice serving bowl as well. The timer is easy to use, and it makes excellent porridge, congee, and also adding ingredients directly with the rice works very well. It’s easy to clean and the design is cool. It is more expensive than other rice cookers and you are paying partly for the design – it’s like the Apple design of rice cookers. Having said that, it works well, it’s really useful and convenient and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a first time rice cooker – or to upgrade their old one.
