All of the products on this EU website are sent from our warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This means you do not get charged any import or customs fees. Our warehouse is very efficient in the dispatch of your order. This is usually done during our operating hours which are Monday-Friday (except public holidays).
What happens after payment...
When you get your email order confirmation that means that your purchase is now on our warehouse system and will already be getting preparing your item/s for dispatch. Once UPS (or DPD) have collected your order from our warehouse you will then receive an email containing details of how you can track the location of your delivery.

Please note that these payments are instantaneous which means that once you confirm payment the order is passed straight to our warehouse and dispatch can happen very quickly.
