Was torn between this and YumAsias own offering as I’d been assured there wasn’t much if any difference, however I went for the more expensive due to the fact it’s so well supported and reviewed elsewhere.
Bit put off by the fact there was a grain of brown rice attached to the underside of the rice cooker which made me think it may have been used before – but everything seemed to have the correct packaging and clean otherwise – bit off but there you go.
Everything works as promised – made brown rice which was just as fluffy as I’d been led to believe with no hassle.

I had a hard time chosing which model I wanted, but decided on the NS-TSQ10 for the stainless steel finish and the steaming and cake. I have had it for 3 months now and it has changed my diet completely. I am saving so much money because I’m not ordering takeaways and I love that I can have the rice ready on the timer.

Very impressed by the quality of this NS-TSQ10.
The user manuel is very easy to understand even for someone with a very low english level.
You just need to add a UK/EU adapter which is easy to find. And tomorrow my first use, I’ll let you know.

I purchased the NS-TSQ10 7 months ago with the precious help of the online chat assistant . I use this machine every single day since then and I cooked mainly brown basmati rice, and occasionally Jasmine Thai rice or quinoa grains. This ricer makes perfect rice every time. It’s reliable and does consume minimal electricity. I use mainly the "porridge" program to cook the brown basmati rice and optionally let it rest in Keep warm mode for additional 30min. the result is a delicious soft brow rice. I also cook quinoa grains with it and the result is perfect and here is how: quinoa and water volumes should be set exactly like white rice recommendations, select the Cake program then adjuste time to 15-20min. I can proudly recommend this rice cooker to everyone.

Livraison exceptionnelle en 3-4 jours (avec le lundi de Pâques). Je ne peux que remercier chaleureusement Yumasia pour cette prouesse et la qualité de la relation client.
Produit parfaitement emballé, tout à fait conforme à la description; taille suffisante pour 5 personnes; découverte imprévue: le ricecooker fonctionne sur batterie interne (vive les piques niques !).
Prise en main assez facile (notice en anglais uniquement) et qualité de fabrication irréprochable. Cuisson fabuleuse pour le riz à sushis (nishiki pré-lavé).
Un conseil: penser à acheter un adaptateur secteur pour broches UK (changer le cordon d’alimentation n’est jamais conseillé).
Bref: un achat que nous ne regrettons absolument pas.

The best decision to purchase the Zojirushi ns tsq10….since it was not available for delivery in UAE, I got it shipped to my friend in Germany…picked it up from there. Since then I have made different types of rice. All turned out great. I also baked a cheese cake…which turned out really good. This is a great product. Recommended.

I have had My NS-TSQ10 for a few years now, brought through YumAsia when i worked out in Germany. had a lot of Japanese shops near me So getting the proper rice was simple. The NS-TSQ10 IS JUST FANTASTIC. Any type of rice cooks perfectly, even the Brown/Nature rice which I used to have so much trouble to cook, always sticking to the bottom of pans, never really cooked was still hard..
The brown rice came OUT PERFECT, first time and every time i’ve done it. Sushi rice, white rice all perfect, its Amazing, the Steamer at the top, Salmon and veg all steamed in it as the rice is cooking. The porridge program I had to play with the levels in the bowl for the steel cut porridge oats I have, but once I found the amounts it cooks it perfect, even steamed dumplings, and made a cake, This is the one kitchen gadget that is used over and over and over again.
If you love perfect cooked rice of any type. GET THIS RICE COOKER.

Commande reçue très rapidement et conforme sauf à un point je n’est pas eu la tasse à mesurer le riz et c’est très embêtant..

"The measuring cup is located in the protective polystyrene insert which goes on top of the TSQ10 and the spatula holder is inside this. Can you double check the measuring cup isn’t in the polystyrene insert – it is very easy to miss as the measuring cup is clear plastic, a lot of our customers don’t see it in the insert and think it hasn’t been included. If you run your hand over the polystyrene, you will feel a slight lip, this is the measuring cup."

Great rice cooker. Solidly built. Makes nice rice. Yum Asia delivered it to my house next day after ordering which is just super. Well packaged and good communication. I’m now convinced to get the sakura for my daughter at university.
